Her approach is rooted in movement, strength, mindset, and practical habit change, delivered with clarity, compassion, and no-nonsense support. Every element of her work comes from a place of deep care and a belief that women deserve personalised, evidence-based support, without judgment or overwhelm.
Alice DoĞruyol
A PR powerhouse, wellness journalist, and founder of The Healthspan Agency, Alice Dogruyol is one of the UK’s most trusted voices in metabolic health, longevity, and biohacking.
As a type 1 diabetic who has personally navigated the highs and lows of weight loss medications, including GLP-1s, Alice brings rare insight—and deep empathy—to the complex world of weight, hormones, and healing.

Whether its supporting women through the menopause, helping high performers fuel for success or shaping public health policy her mission is the same: to help people live healthier, stronger and more empowered lives. Outside of work Linia is a big foodie and loves to socialise over good (and nutritious!) food.
